About

Background

I'm a Hong Kong-based design leader who builds trust into complex financial products. Over the past decade, I've progressed from leading creative teams at top agencies to serving as sole design authority at Bullish, a regulated crypto exchange, turning institutional complexity into clear, award-winning experiences.

In high-stakes industries, design bridges security and adoption. My work pairs data-driven strategy with the craft recognised by an iF Design Award.

I excel at 0-to-1 challenges: architecting design systems that halve maintenance costs, and building teams that deliver, including a 75% lift in client satisfaction. My focus is constant: measurable business impact through design.
